Dolly Parton’s Imagination Library

Dolly Parton’s Imagination Library is an early literacy project for children from birth to age five. Participating children receive books in the mail each month to enjoy and share. The Norfolk County Public Library is excited to be the launch platform for this new program in early 2018 and we are looking for your help.

To successfully run this program needs your support. The Library is looking for a group of volunteers to help with the organizational needs of this program. Any skill set is welcome and the hours can be tailored to your schedule.

To run successfully this program also needs financial support. The cost per child, per year, is a mere $50.00. This covers the cost of 12 books and the postage to mail them directly to the child. For this program to be free to the child and their family, the NCPL is looking for community partners to support the program. Donations forms are available at all Branches of the Norfolk County Public Library. All donations over $10.00 are receipted for tax benefits.

If you would like to inspire a love of reading by helping in any way please contact Heather King, NCPL CEO at 519-426-3506 ext. 1253.
