Welcome to the Norfolk County Public Library!

The Norfolk County Public Library is a welcoming, inclusive community place that inspires meaningful connections. Located in Norfolk County, Ontario, "NCPL" is MORE than books, with five accessible Branches for you to borrow, learn, play, discover, and enjoy MORE!

The Norfolk County Public Library acknowledges the many nations who call this land home. We acknowledge the indigenous and non-indigenous brothers and sisters who walked this land in the past and to those who walk it today. This is the traditional and treaty lands of the Anishinaabe (Ah-nish-nah-bay), Neutral, and Haudenosaunee (Ho-deh-no-show-nee) peoples.
